Is well know that the dust is very volatile. To protect the environment is important to compact the dust into bricks without the addiction of glue or other chemicals. The BR compacting machine reduces the volume of the dust of 8:1 in dry.
Read more It is designed in a very simple solution which guarantees a perfect job and a very low maintenance. In fact is the most copied compacting machine in the tannery field. It can work in two way: - Manual feeding, complete with the hopper; - Placed under the dust collector for a direct feeding. The machine works in automatic mode because completed with an accessory which detects the presence of the dust. For a big dust collector for two 3200mm buffing lines we have the BR90/2, a combination of two dust compacting machines in one to be placed under the same dust collector to double the capacity. |
