This machine meets perfectly with all the requirements of the most updated tanneries: high drying power and consequent production growth, striking-out optimization on the entire surface of the skin, low operating and maintenance costs. PRC/N is equipped with all the safety devices making it perfectly in conformity with all the standards presently in force (CE Certification). Machine of new conception with solid monolithic structure; new rollers pattern allowing a better striking-out and drying of the skin; double hydraulic circuit with differentiated transport and drying; stretching out roller with large diameter, hydraulically adjustable positioning and speed; transport speed from 5 to 16 mt/min. by two hydraulic motors; drying pressure max 80 Tons. with independent adjustment on the two pressing rollers; exclusive automatic hydraulic system for the centring of the band felts, easy and quick to replace. Carter and protection sheets are stainless steel . the machine is equipped with a pump that allows the automatic lubrication of all rotation and moving items, reducing the wear and tear effects. Finally, there is a device of automatic felts washing.
